AZ Heart to Home is a new, trauma-informed group home initiative founded by Dr. David Weinstock and Dr. Vickie Spitzer, two experienced professionals with decades of work in psychology, therapy, and family systems. After years of supporting children and teens in clinical and forensic settings, they felt a powerful calling to go beyond the therapy room- to create a home.

AZ Heart to Homes is a Phoenix-based organization specializing in providing high-quality care for children in need through Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP) group homes. Founded by experienced psychologists, we emphasize exceptional psychological and emotional support tailored to each child's unique needs. Our commitment to establishing standardized training and accreditation processes sets us apart in the foster care and child welfare industry, ensuring a nurturing environment that promotes healing and development for vulnerable youth.
